Emotional Intelligence Video CourseEmotional Intelligence Training Course

Welcome to a program powerful enough to change your life.

Emotional intelligence is learned through what you see, feel, and do. This course provides hands-on training designed to teach you the language of emotional intelligence. Six articles introduce the key concepts and tools of emotional intelligence. Six video lessons teach you how to use the tools in your everyday life. The more you practice, the better you’ll get.

About this course

The course consists of six parts¾with each part having an article, a video section, and a video lesson guide. Reading the articles will help you understand emotional intelligence on an intellectual level. But in order to truly master the tools of emotional intelligence and use it to change your life, real-life practice is key. As you practice the exercises and techniques from the videos, your emotional intelligence skills will grow stronger and stronger¾until they become second nature.

Suggestions for maximizing learning:

  • Read the article, then watch the videos. To get the most out of the videos in each lesson, first read the corresponding article.
  • Use the lesson guide as you watch the videos. The lesson guides contain information that make the videos easier to understand and more meaningful.
  • Work through the lessons in sequence. Each lesson builds on the skills learned in the preceding lesson.
  • Practice, practice, practice. Changing old habits takes time, commitment, and lots of practice.

Using the tools of emotional intelligence might feel unnatural or awkward at first, but as you continue to work through the lessons and practice what you’ve learned in real life, they will become comfortable and automatic.
